Mary Bush Shobe moved with her husband to Concord Twp, Ross County. He died on the family farm there and was buried in the "Shobe family cemetery" which has not survivied in any visitable manner. The headstones (not the remains) were
moved during a WPA project in the 1930's. Mary Shobe survived and lived with her son Samuel in Ross County until he moved to Allen County in the early 1850's. She died in 1866 in Allen County and is buried in the Allentown Cemetery.
