At age 16, Jane gave a birth to her first daughter, Caroline Agnes Neider. The father was George or Samuel Neider. Caroline was raised by her maternal grandparents, Henry and Elizabeth Kuhns.
Jane married to Simon Mack and had Emma Mack (1869-1940); Charles Francis Mack (1880-?) and Francis Aloysius Mack (1881-1952) who married Amelia Horning.
Mary Jane Kuhns Mack died on February 14, 1924, in Manayunk and was buried at St Mary of the Assumption Cemetery on February 18,
The burial record from St. Mary's listed Mary Jane and Emma Mack were buried at Single Graves, New Section 13 or 19.
