Born in Syria in 1881, Mr. Caram died Friday in Receiving Hospital, after an illness of two months. His home was at 4336 Crane. He was employed as an investigator for the Detroit Racing Association and previously had been attached in a similar capacity to the State Police, and was in the employ of the Wolverine and Statler hotels as superintendent of service for 15 years. He is survived by his sons William and Edward, and his brothers, Frank and Sam Caram.
Services at 2 p. m. Monday in the Ling Funeral Home, 915 E. Grand Blvd. Burial in Forest Lawn.
