Born Dec. 4, 1920, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Albert James and Lottie (Browand) Smith. Her husband, Aaron F. Andrews, Sr. whom she married June 1941, survives.
Also surviving are: a son, Aaron F. Andrews, Jr., Mifflintown; a daughter, Mrs. Stephen (Julie) Bearley, Big Ridge Rd., Lewistown; three grandchildren, Jennifer Shetrom, Jacksonville, FL, Jill and Joshua Bearley, both of Lewistown; a niece, Madeline Williams Thompson and husband, Fred; a nephew, James A. Wagner and wife, Donna.
She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by two sisters, Madeline Smith Williams and twin sister, Thelma A. Wagner.
Early in life she was employed by Bell Telephone and American Viscose Corp., and later for Wilson's Jewelry and Mussettia's Dress Shop.
She was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reedsville.
Private graveside service will be held in Juniata Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Longfield officiating.
