-Eugene Aley, of 101 1/2 West Hanover Street, passed away in Oaklawn Hospital at 7:00 o'clock last evening. He had been taken to the hospital a week ago, after being hit by a passing motorist in the business section of Michigan Avenue.
-Mr. Aley was born July 1 1863 in Eaton Rapids and had lived in Marshall for the past thirty years.
-Surviving him are two sisters, Mrs. William Butler of this city and Mrs. James Harding of Stuart Lake; other survivors include a brother M.L. Aley, and a nephew, Norman Butler both of Marshall.
