Fred Page Dies; Funeral
Services to Be Monday

Fred Page, an employe of Meves Bowl, died Thursday afternoon in a local hospital. He had been seriously ill for two weeks. The family home is at 261 S. Kimball.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday morning in the chapel of the Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7 Sunday evening in the chapel of the funeral home. Visitations may be made after 4 Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Page was born Oct. 7 [sic], 1907, at Central City to Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Page. He attended the rural schools of Merrick County and completed his schooling in Grand Island. He had been employed in Grand Island for several years at Meves Bowl.

Mr. Page was baptized in the Catholic faith.

He and Miss Mathilda Deitring were married Jan 29, 1933, at Papillion. They had made their home in Grand Island.

Mr. Page is survived by his widow, Tillie; two sons, Gary of Grand Island and Bruce of Hastings; two brothers, Harry and Merle Page, both of Grand Island; two sisters, Mrs. Michael Gephart of Grand Island and Mrs. Harriet Kranz of Norwalk, Calif., and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Walter and Arnold Page.
