obit: Death's Visit
Ollie Cavness died at Cherokee Monday morning and was buried in the Hanna Cemetery Tuesday.
Deceased was a native of this section of the country and was one of the most highly respected citizens there. No one knew Ollie Cavness but to like him and to be his friend. He was just in the flower and vigor of life's estate, about 30 years of age, and with a host of friends and a lovely family the future was buoyant with hope when he was taken sick several months ago.
He leaves a young wife and a sweet little girl surviving.
He was a good man, a kind and affectionate father and husband, a considerate neighbor and true friend. And these are the noblest titles man ever bore. May peace rest with his dust and angels with his soul.
