Mrs. Ethel Jane Jamison, 87, Orbisonia Star Route, died at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 1974, at Northern Virginia Doctor's Hospital, Arlington, Va., where she had been a patient for two weeks. She was born in Cromwell Township on Jan. 5, 1887, a daughter of Millard Fillmore and Sarah Jane Flasher Booher. She was united in marriage to Christopher S. Jamison of Saltillo and he preceded her in death on Jan.1, 1933. She is survived by three children: Harry F. Jamison, Johnstown, G. Arthur Jamison, Orbisonia Star Route, and Maxine J. Martin, Arlington, Va. One sister, Mrs. Edna Shafer, Arlington, Va., also survives, along with seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Three children preceded her in death. She was a member of the Orbisonia Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services will be held at the Ott Funeral Home, Orbisonia and interment will be made in the IOOF Cemetery at Rockhill Furnace.
