BERTALOT PETERS ALSO SERIOUSLY WOUNDS SELF WITH GUN
When Mrs. Doris Bertalot Peters, Chicago, shot and killed her husband, William Peters, Tuesday at their home, 5024 North Kedvale Avenue, Chicago, she also fatally wounded her twelve-year-old son, William (Billy) Bertalot, grandson of Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Bertalot, of 1227 South Carroll Avenue. The grandparents were advised last night that the boy died at the Swedish Covenant Hospital yesterday. After mortally wounding her husband and son, Mrs. Peters turned the gun on herself and is reported to be in a serious condition in the Cook County Bridewill Hospital. The boy's body will be brought to Freeport Friday and taken to the J.F.Bertalot home. Interment will be made at Oakland.
