MARGIE BOYSE
Margie Alta Boyse, 93, of Hurst died Thursday, October 31, at a nursing center in Hurst. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, November 2, at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro. Burial followed at Hillcrest Garden of Memory. Officiating were Dr. Charles Williamson, Donald Ball and Rev. Danny Rogers. Memorials may be made to VITAS Hospice Care, 2501 Parkview Drive, Fort Worth 76102 or the charity of one's choice. She was born November 3, 1908 in the Union Bluff community in Hill County, daughter of Taylor and Mattie Garrett Cypert. She married Carey Boyse October 1, 1932, and he preceded her in death July 12, 1983. She was a member of Peoria Baptist Church and helped write a history of Hill County. She was also preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. Survivors include: one son, Tom Boyse and wife, Norita, of Arlington; one daughter, Sue Jones and husband, Fleming, of Hurst; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jewel Mitchell of Hillsboro, Sibyl Hering of Alvin, Kathleen Cain of Pueblo, Colorado and Patsy Williamson of Rowlett; one brother, Truman Cypert of Hillsboro; and several nieces and nephews.
