He was united in marriage Jan. 27, 1863 to Martha A. Fisher. To this union ten children were born, four of whom survive him. They are Effie M. Fox of Edina, Francis M., of Moberly, Mo., Edward M., of Edina, and Terril, of Higbee, Mo.

Mr. Randolph united with the M. E. Church South at Edina 27 years ago and has been a faithful and consistent member. He was an upright citizen, a kind husband and father.

Besides the widow and four children, he leaves three brothers, Edward M. of Marceline, Mo., C. H. and William of Edina to mourn his departure to the better world.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Shemwell from the church Thursday afternoon at 2:30 after which the remains were laid to rest in the Linville Cemetery.
