DAVENPORT - Celebration of Life Services for Kevin R. Jack, Davenport, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Kevin died Saturday, June 15, 2002, at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport. He was born Dec. 8, 1980, in Davenport, the son of Marvin F. and Laurie L. (Hartman) Jack, Kevin was a member of the pit crew of the Andy Cook stock car racing team. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and outdoor activities. Survivors include his parents, Marvin F. and Laurie L. Jack, Davenport; a sister and brother-in-law, Stacey and Jim Blizzard, Davenport; a brother, Brian M. Jack, Davenport; nephews, Alex and Zachary Blizzard, Davenport; and his grandfather, Richard Jack, Davenport.
