His wife, Mrs. Fannie Hotham Walkinshaw, died 30 years ago.

A daughter, Mrs. Maud E. Dixon of Cokeville; a brother and four sisters are living.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday afternoon at his late residence by Reverend G.W. Ringer of the Cokeville M.E. Church and burial will follow in the Blairsville Cemetery.
