Services for Wayne Otto Kingsley, 28, of Fresno, will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Buchheim Family Palm-Colonial Chapel. Interment services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Palmdale. Mr. Kingsley, a clerk for the Internal Revenue Service, died Friday. Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
