Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Bateman Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Walter (Minnie A.) Forbes who died Tuesday in Gresham hospital at age 78.
Mrs. Forbes was born in Portland, but the family moved to Gresham when she was a small child and she had lived there since. Her home was at 18909 SE Powell Blvd. She was a member of Portland Chrysanthemum Society and Gresham Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. June Enebo, Gresham, and a son, Ben W. Forbes, Rockaway; a sister, Mrs. Rose Bartholomew, Rhododendron, and two brothers, Ben Tannler, Wemme, and Henry Tannler, Estacada. There are five grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren.
Vault interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park.
