Lora was the daughter of Elvert E and Mary P. Coston Willliamson. She married Lawrence Richard McChristy on September 17, 1907. They moved to Junction City in 1916. She worked at Fort Riley for several years. She was a member of the DeMolay Mothers and Railroad Old Timers Club. She was preceded in death by two sons, John and Ivan, one daughter, Margaret Roeser, and two sisters, Anna and Ethel.
