Isabell Louise Golsan

SALEM - Isabell was born in New York, New York and later moved to California where she made her home. She then moved to Salem in 1990 from San Marino, Calif.
She had a passion for reading and volunteer work. Because of her unique talent she received a special award that recognized her contributions doing library research in medicine at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, Calif. Salem Hospital was also a recipient of her volunteer spirit.
She is survived by her only child, Page E. Golsan, III and his wife, Jeri; two grandchildren, Elise Golsan and Kenneth Golsan; and her five great-grandsons.
Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Jan. 7, 2006 at Capital Manor Chapel. Contributions may be made in her memory to the Capital Manor Foundation. Arrangements by City View Funeral Home.
