Dorothy Margaret Sloan was the daughter of Thomas Orville Sloan Sr. and Blanche Morris. Dorothy married Roy E. Patton. He was the son of Roy Franklin Patton and Irene Rowe. Dorothy and Roy had two children: Peggy and Jayne Ellen. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She was member of the Second Baptist Church in West frankfrot, where she was very active as sunday School teacher for 50 years and was a former chruch treasure and served on the building committee for the church parsonage. She was past President of the U.M.W.A. Hospital Auxiliary and wasthe first coordinator of the Meals on Wheels and a member of the Four Mile Home Extention. She was also very active in several Bridge Clubs.
