Mrs. Lucy James, 68, died Sunday morning at her home in Flora. She was the wife of Asa James and was a member of, the Lower Deer Creek Church of the Brethren. Surviving are the husband; four daughters Mrs. Ona Watson, Laingoburg, Michigan; Mrs. Iva Timmons of Idaville; Mrs. Geneva Wilson, Bringhurst; Mrs. Ida Keyes, Liverfork; two sons, Frank of Holt and Woodrow of Wabash; two brothers, Wesley Frick of Logansport and Willis Frick of Spokane, Washington; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Simmons, Mrs. Barbara Grantham and Mrs. Carl Fife, all of Logansport. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday afternoon from the residence with the Rev. Clarence Sink officiating. Burial was in Maple Lawn cemetery.
