William E. Campbell, 95, of 258 E. High St., Middletown, died yesterday in Lebanon Veterans Administration Hospital. He was retired from the maintenance department of the former Capital Bus Co. and formerly was a maintenance worker at the former Olmsted Air Force Base, Lower Swatara Twp.; was an Army veteran of World War I; and a member of the United Methodist Church, Highspire. He was the widower of Margaret Mae Hughes Campbell. Surviving are two sons, John E. of Middletown and Kenneth A. of Highspire; four daughters, Eva Betty Grosser of Franklintown, Goldie Mae Clifford of Middletown, Virginia Louise Freeland of Dillsburg and Shirley Jean Hamilton of Enola; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Coble-Reber Funeral Home, Middletown. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville. Viewing will be from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
