Paul D. Riegle, 52, of 1215 Belvidere died at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday in his residence.
He was born Nov. 6, 1924 in Hancock County, to Phillip and Ruth Long Riegle who survive. He married the former Gertrude A. Langle and she survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Rodney of Birmingham, Ala., Tom of Lima and Jon of Columbus; a daughter, Mrs. Lanny (Dianna) Baughman of Lima, three brothers, Ernest, Ralph and Robert, all of Lima, and five grandchildren.
He was a 25-year employee of Peterson Construction Co. and was a member of First United Church of Christ, Lima Elks Club, and Bricklayers Union Local 35. He also attended Findlay College, graduated in 1942 from Lima Central High School and served in World War II in the Navy and Seabees.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Siferd Westwood Chapel, Rev. Richard Vitz officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
