Victoria Swiney was the daughter of William Swinney and Nancy Hollaway. She married Benjamin Marshall McFadin on June 1, 1860 in Scott County Arkansas. Victoria's brother-in-law and sister were James and Arminda Lynch. They were the first to discover the mineral waters known as the crazy waters in Texas. James Lynch layed out the town of Mineral Wells Texas and became the first mayor. Victoria & Marshall had nine children eight survived to adulthood. She died before her husband of Liver Cancer.
