Known as Edna, she he second youngest child of Frank and Helen (Severin) Palmer, her father died before her 6th birthday. Raised with the loving hand of her mother, Edna grew to be a very kind lady remembered fondly by all who knew her. She married Joseph "JoJo" Giovacchino August 18, 1960 in Ansonia, CT. They had no children.
