Mr. Kraft died at 7:45 a.m. in Gowen's Geriatorium here after an illness of eight months. He was a retired employe of Louisiana Central Lumber Co. of Clarks, and was the father of William [sic Wilbur] Kraft of Shreveport.
A native of Denton, Tex., Mr. Kraft had lived in Clarks 62 years prior to his illness. He was a member of the Clarks Baptist Church.
In addition to his son here, Mr. Kraft is survived by another son, Karl Kraft, Spring, Tex., seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three half-brothers; and four half-sisters.
