Mrs. Lieuvenia Gregory, 73, died at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
She was a former employee of the Florsheim Shoe Co., and worked many years in the packing room there.
Mrs. Gregory was born Dec. 1, 1902, in Wayne County, the daughter of Elisha & Martha Sidona Meador Byars.
On May 13, 1919 in Mt. Vernon, IL, she married William McKinley Gregory who preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 1973.
She was a member of the Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons, Albert Harding & Howard Elisha; sisters, Effie Myers, Ella Meyer, & Mattie French; a grandson, David Gregory.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers, her parents and her husband.
Services were at Myers Chapel with burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
