Adolphus Lebrun, son of Maxime Lebrun and Marie Louise Grégoire, was a native of Saint David d'Yamaska, Québec, Canada. He was baptized there on 12 Jun 1859. His family moved to Acton Vale, Bagot, Québec by 1865 and immigrated to the United States after 1881. Adolphus married Marie Désanges Caouette, daughter of Simon and Rosalie Caouette, on 24 Nov 1886 in Biddeford, York, Maine. The couple settled in Sanford, York, Maine. Adolphus died there in 1936 at age 76. He was interred in Saint Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford.
