My memories of her & Fred, are of an old couple that dressed funny. She had a very wrinkled face & grandpa Fred's was shinny & smooth. She wore what we know now as a very sturdy pair of shoes, but we called them grandma shoes & thought they were funny looking. Now that I'm older. I realize now that what they radiated was a hard life growing up, & getting through the "Depression" was a blessing for them. Not afraid of hard work & doing what was necessary for their families. As a kid I only knew them as Grandma & Grandpa Fred. Now I know they had names that suited them very well. They called her "Annie" or "Lottie" & he was "Arlie".

Her 1st husband is William Henry Williams(1882-1964). They divorced & both remarried. We are only aware 2 children of Lottie & Bill's. My strongest memory of her & Grandpa Fred was the smell of their home. They sure loved their Cooked Cabbage stinky smell & all. Yuk! They had cats & we didn't. We chased them around until they stopped us. We must of scared one of their nine lives out the door. When the twins were born she had such a twinkle in her eyes, you couldn't help being happy with her.
