GERALDINE CYNTHIA (KEYES) HARGER, 82, of Granby, beloved wife of the late Sloan Harger, passed away peacefully on Thursday (June 25, 2009) at Maple View Manor in Rocky Hill. She was born in Hartford on January 7, 1927 to the late Joseph and Catherine (Gleason) Keyes. Geraldine was a model for large department stores in Hartford and had an opportunity to continue her modeling career in New York City, but chose to stay in Connecticut and raise her family. Geraldine was predeceased by her sister, Dorothea Keyes. Burial will be at the family's convenience in Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown.
