Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at China Spring Baptist Churh with the Rev. Hoyt Hunnicutt and Rev. Henry Brown officiating. Burial will be in China Spring cemetery.
Mr. Grayson was born in in Montague County. He farmed in the China Spring area most of his life.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Betty Brooks and Mrs. Dorothy Ruff, both of Waco, and Mrs. Margaret Pierce of China Spring; a son, William T. Grayson of Waco; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Woodward and Mrs. Dan Wallace, both of China Spring; a brother, H.H. Grayson of Waco; a granddaughter, Shirley Grube of China Spring; and two great-granddaughters.
