Sister Releases Brother's Hand Just In Time o Save Her Own Life.
Madison, Ind., March 22. - [Special.] -- Paul Burkhardt, aged three, son of Conrad Burkhardt, unperceived by Motorman Moore, attempted to cross the track in front of a fast moving street car to-day and was struck by the fender and killed. His sister let loose of his hand just in time to save her life. No bones were broken, but nearly all the flesh was torn from the right side of the boy's face. Death was instantaneous.
