Shirley M. Albrecht, 72, passed away Jan. 20, 2011. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Joe Albrecht; children, Joe (Jan) Albrecht Jr. and Debbie (Keith) Richardson; grandchildren, John (Ashley) Albrecht, Christopher (Rebecca) Wright and Crystal Wright; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabby, Madison, Emilia, Emma, Olivia and Devin. She also is survived by her brothers, Arnold Finnigan and Carl (Carol) Finnigan; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Josephine Finnigan. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she had a great sense of humor. Her favorite thing was being with her family and she loved children. Shirley worked as a nurse aide for more than 15 years. She truly loved and cared about all people. She was a member of Southwest Church of Christ for more than 30 years. Viewing, 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, Imperial Funeral Home, and funeral service, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Southwest Church of Christ.
