Former Fire Marshal Dies at Home Here

Harlow H. Bisbee Succumbs at His Residence in Oak Street

Then followed three years absence from Binghamton during which he resided in Howard, Kan.

He returned to Binghamton and was appointed a relief engineer on Steamer No. 1 in 1901. Then followed appointment as regular engineer on this steamer in April, 1912, and later he was appointed fire marshal in February 1915. He was retired on pension July 15, 1922.
