John W. Hightower, of Ardmore, once a resident of Shelbina, but better known in the Kendall neighborhood, died Wednesday at his home in Ardmore, Macon Co. His burial will take place today at Eads Chapel in Macon Co. He has been failing in health for more than a year. He leaves a wife, one brother, Lafayette, and one sister, Mrs. Maggie Robb, now living in Colorado.
