James S. Brasher was the son of Jesse Lee Brasher and Evelyn Amanda Yeager (Eva). Per 1920 Census for OK City, OK, he was born in MS. He is buried next to his father in Sunset Memorial Park. His obituary in the Albuquerque Tribune (16 or 17 Jan 1957) sates his mother was Eva Brasher and his siblings were Jesse Brasher, Mrs. Adrian Pritchard, and Mrs. Gilbert Aragorn.
