Milwaukee Journal, Fri. Mar. 9, 1906, p. 2:4. MRS. ODENBRETT IS DEAD. OLD RESIDENT DIES AT ADVANCED AGE OF 72 YEARS. Sophiea Odenbrett, wife of Philip Odenbrett, died yesterday afternoon, age 72 years, at her home, 132 32nd st. The funeral will be held on Monday from St. Rose's church to Holy Trinity Cemetery. She celebrated the golden anniversary of her marriage last July and is survived by the husband and the following children: William Odenbrett, George L. Odenbrett of the Bates-Odenbrett company, Mrs. Edward Grieb, wife of a real estate dealer with offices in the Germania Building, Mrs. R.G. Bates, wife of Robert G.. Bates, also of the Bates-Odenbrett company, Mrs. J.F. Merkel, wife of Joseph F. Merkel, of the Merkel Motor Co.
