Jessie was born in Malo on June 23, 1919, to Robert and Ella Sparks. She grew up both there and in Omak. After moving to Spokane, Jessie met and married the love of her life Harry E. Albright in 1939. They had one child.
Jessie loved to garden, read, and travel. She impacted many lives, providing a home for foster children and acting as caregiver and companion for elderly friends. Following her husband's death in 1975, Jessie devoted much of her time and energy to caring for, and spoiling, her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She moved in 1987 with her daughter's family to Keizer, OR. She lived between Spokane and Keizer for many years, until she retired to Hemet, CA, to live near her granddaughter's family. Jessie's constant smile and twinkle in her eye will be missed by all who knew her.
Jessie was preceded in death by her husband Harry; her four siblings: Thomas Sparks, Mae Albright, John Sparks, and Alice Hougland; and her beloved dog.
She is survived by her daughter and Janet (Richard) Fuher of Keizer; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and two special cats.
