Earl "Babe" Reynolds, 68, of Watsontown, died on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at home surrounded by his family.

Born March 7, 1942, he was the son of the late Clarence and Emma (Weeks) Reynolds. Earl was married to his loving and devoted wife, Linda (Robbins) Reynolds, for the past 36 years.

Earl served in the National Guard from 1959 to 1965. He was a member of the American Legion Post 841 in Montandon. He attended the Delaware Run Wesleyan Church of Watsontown. Earl worked at Montgomery Mills, Philco, Chef-Boyardee, Jasper Wood, drove school bus, and served as a Deputy Sheriff in Lycoming County.

He owned and operated the Pumpkin Center in Montgomery, The Blue Diamond and Eagle Enterprises, both in Watsontown.

Earl enjoyed playing cards, watching Yankees baseball, loved to combine, and spend time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Angie Reynolds of Watsontown, Brad and Beth Reynolds of Milton; a daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Robert Raup of Watsontown; five grandchildren, Robert W. Raup II, Jamie Raup, Kari Reynolds, Kendra Reynolds and Caitlin Reynolds; two great-grandchildren, Lydia Keener and Zayas Reynolds; four brothers, Irvin, Emmett, Robert "Buzz," and Lester Reynolds, all of Watsontown; and two sisters, Margaret Buck and Sarah Hoey, both of Watsontown.

In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Bell Reynolds, and a brother, Raymond Reynolds.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31 at the Delaware Run Wesleyan Church, 5570 Musser Lane, Watsontown, PA 17777. There will be a viewing at the church from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday. The burial will follow at the Delaware Run Cemetery, Watsontown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Wm. F. Brooks Funeral Home, Watsontown.
