VILLA, Nelida "Nellie," 90, of Tampa, passed away December 25, 2010. She was born in Key West, Fla., and came to Tampa at age 15. She was preceeded in death by her husband of 60 years, Rene Villa; and sister, Olga Davis. She is survived by her son, Rene and his wife, Elsa Villa: sister, Aleida Cabrera (Gilbert); grandchildren, Mark (Cari) Villa and Michelle Villa; great-grandchildren, Nicole and Allison Villa; niece, Sharon Genuardi; and nephew, Daniel Castrillion. Family and friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2010, at South Tampa Chapel of Brewer and Sons Funeral Home. Nellie will be laid to rest at Myrtle Hill Cemetery December 31, 2010, with funeral procession departing from Brewer & Sons Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m., (813) 835-4991. The family wishes to extend its sincere appreciation for the loving care extended by Dr. Ramon and Miriam Chang of Ramon Chang Adult Family Care Home and LifePath Hospice.
