Wilfred P. "Bill" Revering, 87, of Coon Rapids, died peacefully Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010.
Bill was a master mechanic and expert welder and was a World War II Army veteran.
He had been a VFW member and was a Knight. He also served as an usher and Stephen Minister at St. Timothy's, and as a Meals on Wheels volunteer.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Alex; and two sisters, Alvera Cortesi and Florence Huro.
Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Sylvia; sons, Wilfred (Julia), Bernie (Sue), Ron (Shirley), Patrick J., Tom (Julie), Fred (Marne), Jeffrey (Sue); 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a brother, Roman; a sister, Penny (Eddie) Heinz; a brother-in-law, Clarence Huro.

Funeral service: 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at Church of St. Timothy's, Blaine
Burial: Epiphany Cemetery
Visitation: Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m., at Gearhart Funeral Home, Coon Rapids, and one hour prior to the service at the church
