Robert came to Licking Co., OH with his parents in 1856. Robert Allen Larimore married Zulemma Pownall in 1856 at Romney, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). Robert Allen Larimore married Caroline A. Wright, daughter of Bouton Wright and Monima (?), in 1860 at Homer, Licking Co., OH. Robert Allen Larimore began military service Ohio Vol. Infantry, 20th Reg., Co., G (was taken prisoner). He married Mary Jane Cummins on 5 June 1873 at Homer, Licking Co., OH. Robert Allen Larimore died on 8 February 1910 at Sunbury, Delaware Co., OH, at age 73. Cause of death: on 8 February 1910 Murdered by son in-law Lyman Bolton. He was buried in February 1910 at Sunbury Cemetery, Delaware Co., OH.
