Mr. Lively was born and reared in Caldwell parish and has many friends who regret to hear of his death. He was 72 years of age at the time of his death. He was a son of the late G. B. Lively of ward 10, who was police jury member of that ward at the time when the old brick court house prior to our modern structure, was erected.
Besides his brother who resides in Lakeside, Mr. Lively is survived by one daughter, a resident of Galveston, Texas.
