SMITHFIELD -- Lois Barbour Olive, 91, of Black Creek Road, died Wednesday.
The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Monroe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Olive was born in Johnston County to the late William Arthur and Bettie Strickland Barbour, and was the widow of J. Alphonso Olive. She was a member of Pisgah Baptist Church, and the Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by one daughter, Jenny Olive Eason of Hendersonville, Tenn.; two sons, Billy Gray Olive and Hunter Eli Olive of Smithfield; three sisters, Eunice B. Langdon and Margarite B. Massengill of Four Oaks and Agnes B. Wood of Benson; one brother, Joe Mack Barbour of Four Oaks; and seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Pisgah Baptist Church, 3076 NC Highway 210, Smithfield, NC 27577.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Minshew Funeral Home.
