Wavie Pauline Carter, 92, was a daughter of the late James and Grace Fishburn Calvert. She married Delbert B. Carter in Allen County, Kentucky. on November 16, 1935. He preceded her in death on November 4, 1989. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Surviving are two sons, Max Carter (wife: Donna) and Ron L. Carter (wife: Jody), two sisters, Ruby Kindley and Wilma Holt,
6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
