Mrs. Ola Floyd Services Sunday

Mrs. Ola Delmore [sic, s/b Dilmore] Floyd, 41, died at her home in Jackson Saturday morning following a lengthy illness.

She has been a resident of Jackson for the past five years, but was a native of Simpson County.

Mrs. Floyd was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Jackson.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday from Goshen Baptist Church in Magee with interment in Magee Cemetery. Brother W. E. Gamlin will officiate, assisted by Brother Lee Broadhead, both of Jackson.

The body will lie in state at Mims Mitchell Funeral Home until the funeral hour.

She is survived by her husband, L. C. Floyd of Jackson; two daughters, Mary Louise and Annie Ruth Floyd of Jackson; one brother, W. E. Stillmore [sic, s/b Dilmore] of Mendenhall; five sisters, Mrs. Susie Blair of Mendenhall and Mrs. Nanny Walker of Collins, Mrs. Lula Hosey, Mrs. Etta Conoy [sic, s/b Canoy], and Mrs. Beulah Gregory all of Magee.
