Robert Walter Alley, 70, of Richmond, was born Sept. 23, 1932 in Bath, ME to Ralph Winslow Alley and Etta Rose Burns Alley. He died Sept. 20, 2003 in Richmond. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Nanette O. Alley. His survivors include sons Robert Alley and fiance Raylene Brooks; Victor Alley; and Randall Alley; daughters Susan Thomas and husband Craig; Karen Rose Hernandez and husband William; Nancy Elizabeth Price and husband Dwayne; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
