Mrs. Mattie E. Talbert, 49 of 539 Dyer died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G.W. Grusendorf at China Spring Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be held from Compton's chapel at 3 p.m. Monday with Rev. Mack Smith officiating. Burial will be in China Spring cemetery.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. G.A. Norwood, Mrs. G.W. Grusendorf and Mrs. E. L. McCoy; sister, Mrs. Julia Harrison of Dallas; three brothers, J.Y Harrison, E. B. Harrison, and L.C. Harrison.
Pallbearers: B.F. Hill, L.L. Kennedy, W.J. Higginbotham, C.M. Talbert, B.M. Talbert and W. C. Talbert.
