John Daggett Royals, 83 farmer of Red Bluff section of Horry County died October 18, 1960. Mr. Royals was born February 20. 1877, in Red Bluff section son of the late William Rollins and Nancy Todd Royals. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Mr, Royals was twice married. Surviving his first marriage to the late Mrs Frostie Vereen Royals are five sons:
Joseph DeWitt Royals 1904-1967
John Nolan Royals 1906-1977
Samuel Thomas Royals 1908-1991
Benjamin F. Royals 1919-1993
Dr. John Daggett Royals Jr. of Westminister;
three daughters;
Mrs. Jimmie Armstrong of Brockport, N. Y.
Mrs. Leslie Whittington of Latta
Mrs. C. W. Scarboro of Columbia
Surviving his second marriage are the widow, Mrs. Lottie Dew McKellar Royals
a step-son Victor McKellar of Hamer
Thirty-two grandchildren and six great grandchildren also Survive.
