Services Tuesday
Everett Lee Browning, 34, R.R. 2 Brookville, Bath, Ind., died late Saturday evening in Veterans Administration Hospital, Cincinnati, after an illness of several months. He was formerly employed by the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad and had served with the United Slates Army Infantry overseas and in Germany from 1954 until 1956. Mr. Browning was awarded the National Defense Service medal.
He was a member of the Oxford Bible Baptist Church.
Leaves Relatives
He leaves his wife, Cora Browning, Bath; one daughter, Debra Ann, at home; two sons, Edward Browning, at home, Gary Lee Martin Browning, Connersville; his mother, Mrs. Jane Ross, Oxford; three sisters, Mrs. Barbara Little, Oxford, Mrs. Edith Tackett, Chillicothe, Mrs. Ruth Day, Middletown; one brother, Benjamin Browning, Oxford; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Baker Funeral Home, College Corner, by the Rev. Archie Carmack of the Oxford and Georgetown Bible Baptist Churches.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Monday in the funeral home, and burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Brookville, Indiana.
