EVANS Doyle Welton, 62, Newalla, passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2002. He was born to Paul E. and Ruby Faye Cagle Evans, on Feb. 27, 1939, in Arkansas. Survivors include his son, Eric Evans of Choctaw; daughter, Rhonda Phife from The Colony, TX; grandson, Michael Phife; brothers, Paul Edward Evans of Horton, KS and Kenneth Evans of Newalla; a host of friends and relatives. Doyle was preceded in death by his parents & one brother, Bradford Evans. Services are 10:00 a.m., Wed., Jan. 16, 2002, at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with burial in Blackburn Cemetery in Norman.
