Gertha Mae Frazier, 85, of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at the Randolph Nursing Home in Winchester.

She was born on March 22, 1925 in Crumpler, WV to William Fletcher and Laura Mae (Hanks) Thomason. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Assembly of God in Union City, IN. She loved going to gospel sings and rummage sales. She enjoyed reading and bible studies.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Ann Frazier of Ridgeville, 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Vernie Frazier, two daughters, Linda Sue Bates, Brenda Mae Cremeans, and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester with Pastor Jonathan Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV on Monday.

Friends and relatives may call from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
